WIN-TEC operates an advanced 35,000 sq. ft. purpose-built switchgear fabrication and assembly complex. By managing the entire production cycle in-house — from CNC turret punching, shearing, and 7-tank chemical pre-treatment to electrostatic powder coating and busbar profiling — we maintain complete control over dimensional tolerances and delivery schedules.

QUALITY ASSURANCE

TESTING & COMPLIANCE RIGOR

Every assembly leaving our plant is certified with individual test reports conforming to IEC 61439-1 & 2 standards.

Dielectric & Insulation Test

High-voltage AC power-frequency withstand testing (up to 3.5kV) and 1000V DC megohmmeter insulation resistance verification across all poles and busbar supports.

Primary & Secondary Injection

Comprehensive relay curve calibration, shunt trip timing, and current transformer (CT) polarity testing using computerized secondary injection test sets.

Thermal Imaging & Torque Audit

Calibrated torque-wrench auditing on all electrical bolted joints followed by full-load infrared thermographic scanning to detect micro-hotspots.
